Message	In regards to shooting in the back I would not do this unless a move was made in which I did fear for my life, but if a robber is in my house and I identify him as one, I will be in fear for my life. Rather he is armed or not always isn't a deciding factor in courts. If a person makes a move into a jacket/pant pocket or behind his back you can be in fear for your own life and use self defense. Unforutnately, there are just too many variables about this. First off, I do not believe that I would have any problem shooting someone in self-defense. I would most likely get to a safe room with family and call 911 and let them handle it. But, there are times when you might need to sweep your house. Pie cut all corners and practice sweeping, use tac light. If you see intruder and he is facing you either detain his dumbass if you can by verbal commands, but if he makes one move...shoot. If his back is towards you and he makes a move, determine movement if it is threatening or not and go off that.
